 Dancing Rain Guest House is part of a
delightful 14 acre working alpaca ranch
located in the foothills of the Oregon Coast Range. Originally an artist’s
residence, Dancing Rain Guest House has a unique design offering vaulted
ceilings, clerestory windows, and an open, sunny floor plan that is
handicapped-friendly. The house is nicely appointed with unique art pieces
and overlooks a beautiful two acre pond.
With a location mid-way
between Eugene and Corvallis, and being only 20 minutes from the Eugene
airport, Dancing Rain offers access to some of Oregon’s best experiences.
The Pacific Coast and the Cascade Range are both an easy drive from the
guest house. These scenic areas provide a wonderful outdoor experience
whether fishing, boating, beachcombing, hiking, rafting, or birding.
The University of Oregon and Oregon State University are each within a 30
minute drive. The friendly rivalry between the “Ducks” and “Beavers”
provides the towns of Eugene and Corvallis with the natural energy and
vitality that comes with being university towns.
